Walkies in the Paddock

Today we went for a little walk in the paddock with the dogs. I was thinking that Dusty was getting a bit better with sticking close to us, so I tried having him running semi-free. That is, the leash still attached but I'm not holding it. He did very well!
This meant that I could get better pictures of him and the other dogs. There's still the lead in the photos, but at least I can see his face, not just his butt! Here are a few of the doggies:

Jock had fun playing with sticks the whole time, as usual :)

I got a beautiful photo of him. It's probably the best photo I've ever taken of Jock. He looks like a real farm dog, with the cows in the background :)

It isn't the muddiest that she was on the walk. She dried off a bit before I took the photo.

Dusty's Stripped!

I didn't realise how long it's been since my last post until today. I was a bit disappointed in myself, so I hope now I'll be back and blogging regularly again. I will try and get to all of your blogs and comment soon, too.

So summer is upon us. It would be a bit mean to leave Dusty in his winter coat, because of the temperatures it can get to in summer. So I've stripped him. He looks so different!

In the 'after' photo, his leg isn't quite done yet, but you can see the massive difference! He looks so tiny now, compared to before. He had a very fluffy butt for a while, but I eventually finished it off and he looks nice and smooth now.

I'm on holiday for a few days, in Hobart, Tasmania. So nothing exciting with the dogs is going to be happening in the next couple of days.
